I wrote my short ebook, Powerful Self Healing in 5 Simple Steps in order to help remind others that achieving a happy and healthy life isn’t as hard as we’ve come to believe. Namaste.

It’s so good to finally meet you 🙂 No matter what it is, there’s a reason you’ve ended up here right now, reading these words. While I have the chance, I’d like to thank you for taking the time to learn a bit more about me.

The Beginning.

During the early to mid-2000s, I was immersed in a very stressful lifestyle. It was around that time when I decided to embark on a glorious spiritual journey into myself in order to release myself form those strains. I immersed myself in books, meditation, self discovery, humility, and gratitude.

It was through years and years of learning and self-reflection that I learned when I acted from a place of love, regardless of the outcome, I felt at peace and happy.

Helping Others.

Although I never intended it when I first stepped on the path of my spiritual journey, as the years passed by, I constantly found myself helping others. I didn’t seek to help others, it was almost like they found me, and I just let my love flow to them.

Making it Official.

In 2012 I obtained a Massage Therapist certification, became a Member of the Massage Association of Australia, and achieved Usui Reiki Master Teacher status.

A couple of years later, I started my healing business Natural Healer as well as the Natural Healer Society.  In 2014 I was blessed to become a Public Speaker and Podcaster!

Why I’m Here.

I feel that part of my life’s purpose is to help you realise that inner and spiritual growth is about discovering who you truly are – and being happy with your findings. And despite what some may think, it’s completely possible to balance creativity, spirituality, and business in a successful yet loving way. I trust you’ll learn this through taking my courses, reading my ebooks and blogs.
