My name is Niels Hofma, I come from Denmark and I am 33 years old. Ever since the start of 2014 I have been eating according to a Ketogenic Diet and in that period of time I have been weighing between 68 to 72 kilos. I am 181 centimers tall thus I have a very low body fat percentage. Besides the low and steady weight I have also had other health benefits by eating this way, among others a more steady energy level and better sleep. Besides eating healthy I also exercise five times a week.
