It describes most common problems connected to sitting. It also adds instructions to proper breathing and proper exercising. An illustration and description of right and bad positions of sitting and its impact on our body. It even includes the ergonomics of working place and its detailed setting. In the course can also be found a demonstration of preventive exercises supporting the spine muscles, other influence and ergonomics of movement, which indirectly affects sitting.
